Cancellation Policy
Course Cancellation & Refund Policy At Chefpreneur Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, hands-on culinary and kitchen leadership training. Due to the limited class sizes, instructor scheduling, and advance preparation required for our programs, the following cancellation policy applies to all courses and training programs. Enrollment & Payment Full payment or required deposit is due at the time of enrollment to secure a student’s spot. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received. Seats are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Student Cancellations Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a refund of payments made, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of 20%. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the course start date may receive a 50% credit toward a future Chefpreneur Academy course. No cash refunds will be issued. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-Shows & Early Withdrawals Students who do not attend on the first day or withdraw after the course has started are not eligible for refunds or credits. Missed classes or partial attendance do not qualify for prorated refunds or makeup sessions. Transfers & Substitutions Course seats are non-transferable to another individual. Transfers to a future cohort may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Program Changes or Cancellations by Chefpreneur Academy Chefpreneur Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by Chefpreneur Academy, students will be offered the choice of: A full refund, or A full credit toward a future course. Health, Safety & Conduct Students removed from a course due to violations of safety protocols, professional conduct standards, or disruptive behavior will not be eligible for refunds or credits. Acknowledgment By enrolling in a Chefpreneur Academy course, students acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.
